Who supplies the software

Seller: Abdelrahman Osama Mohammed Ibrahim, trading as Matelume. Contact address: Lusail, The e18teen, Office 2006B. Support: support@matelume.com. Effective date: 29 September 2026.

Matelume is Windows software for making fabric and marble materials and framed wall art from photographs. See the Studio guide for the included features and export workflows.

When checkout opens, Paddle will be the merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases made through Paddle. Matelume supplies and licenses the software. Paddle handles payment and billing support under its Buyer Terms. Purchases are not open yet.

Plans and billing

• Founder: US$50 per year for the first 50 buyers. Every Pro feature and Pro update while active. Keep this rate while you keep renewing continuously.
• Pro: US$15 per month or US$150 per year.
• Studio: annual per-seat subscriptions. 2–4 seats: US$150 each; 5–9: US$140 each; 10–24: US$130 each; 25–50: US$125 each.

These are subscriptions, not one-time purchases. Max, including fur, is coming soon and is not included. Applicable taxes, the final total and renewal schedule will be shown before payment.

Delivery and access

Paid checkout is opening in a few days. The installer and access instructions will be provided when the release is available. See Download & trial for release information. Do not purchase on the expectation of a future feature.

Every user needs a Matelume account and an ongoing internet connection, including trial, paid and reviewer access. Your photos and material processing stay on your PC.

Free trial

Every new Matelume account receives a 5-day trial of the full version, starting when the first PC is linked. Exports are capped at 2K, with a faint “Matelume · trial” watermark on the Color map only. Max features, including fur, are Coming soon. When the trial ends, building and exporting pause until you buy a plan. Your work stays, and the app stays installed. The trial does not start a paid subscription.

Renewal and cancellation

A paid subscription renews at its selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. Use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support to manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. A refund request is separate from cancellation.

The Founder rate is kept through continuous renewal; after a lapse the same rate is not guaranteed. Paid access expiry does not delete exported materials.

Refunds and your rights

Read our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and software licence. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or protections under applicable Paddle terms. Contact support@matelume.com about product issues.
